Soft Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients

1 C unsalted butter, melted
1/2 C brown sugar
3/4 C hazelnut and cocoa spread
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
2 1/2 C all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 C semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Combine the butter and brown sugar
  • Add hazelnut and cocoa spread, vanilla and egg and mix until well combined
  • Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda and stir until just combined
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Roll dough into 1 inch balls, approximately, and place on ungreased cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart
  • Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes
  • Let cool on pan for about 2 minutes
  • Cool completely on a wire rack

These cookies are incredibly soft and just chocolatey enough!  You’ll want to make these again and again.
